Subject: LOVE THE STROBELIGHTS
this is an awesome set, but my main reason for commenting is to tell Theoryless Shredding that you can suck a big fat dick.

DB are most def going to be around for awhile. I hope they keep evolving making some of the best music ever herd. I saw these guys 3or 4 years ago on new years in nyc, an i have never been the same. If you have never seen them then your not living yet. go now!

Subject: $15 pass = CUT THE LINE AT STARLAND
First of all Starland's cool, but Jersey Sucks, so Starland Sucks, but sounds awesome. TO NEVER WAIT IN LINE AT STARLAND ALL YOU GOTTA DO IS BUY THE $15 STAR PARKING PASS AND IT COVERS PARKING AND GETS UR WHOLE CREW RIGHT IN NO LINE. I got really sick at this show thanks to the Turnpike Roy Rogers, I was dead sober. Did you see that guy by the pool table sleeping? Yea that was me.

Subject: Good Show
This show is a great set up before the next night (where the best v2.0 show to date can be found), and there are definately some really big highlights.

The dribble outro is outstanding, top notch jamming going into songs of joy. the strobelights and martinis is really good, and the segue into cyclone is incredible. Brownstein is absolutely on fire through that whole sequence leading into the 42, where he drops some serious bombs.

The standalone munchkin is really solid, the middle jam gets really intricate and progresses well into the end of the song. Lithium encore got the crowd rocking and there was actually crowd surfing going on.

All in all its a good show, I would rate it higher but the next night blows it out of the water.

Strobelights>Cyclone was an absolute dance party!! Intro the cyclone is only slowed up cause Barber broke a sting and was bein a complete baller and throwing water bottles into the crowd...hilarious! Glad I got to see the whole set...I was stuck in line outside in the freezing cold with like 500 heads for the 1st set the night before. Hope they release a soundboard for their fans who missed it.

Seen tDB at Starland a handful of times. The band feels right at home there.
